Waterline Hose Clamp
thingiverse
I've printed the 21mm version... and it was surprisingly strong when made with PETG. Sometimes, the most useful creations are deceptively simple. I needed hose clamps for a water-cooled PC and was shocked to see that average prices were around $10 for a pack of 10, with no online designs available! This water clamp that I've designed works from 10mm upwards, although the 10mm & 11mm clamps are pushing the limits of a 0.4 nozzle when printing small teeth. I've designed this piece to be visually appealing when placed on a water-block or in plain sight, so it's much more narrow than the nylon clamps you'll find in stores. Important considerations: Your choice of plastic is crucial if you're planning to use this on high heat applications. If you're just sorting wires, PLA should be fine, but for watercooling or car radiator hoses, I recommend PETG or nylon. For Watercooling using 3/8in. tubing, use the 11mm size (test pending). For Watercooling using 7/16in. tubing, use the 16mm size (test pending). If you're using this on high heat or water-sensitive applications, I disclaim all responsibility for the structure of this creation... that will be up to you and the quality of your print/materials.
