I searched for a replacement part for my Outdor Whirlpool European Spas Cyprus. This 6-inch (15 cm) water fall intake was found only complete for 75 euros in an online shop. So I decided to design it new because mine is broken on the edges. It's LED-lit and outdoors, exposed to strong light, so clear PETG was the only option. At break points, it's only 2.5 mm thick. That was increased to 4 mm. The hole spacing is 178 mm. I printed the fastening holes with a diameter of 4 mm. I tried it with glass bed at 75 degrees Celsius, but no adhesion occurred. PEI foil with raft was the solution. Print temperature for first layer: 225°C, and after raft ended: 215° C.
