Water wheel hammer

I'm interested in a water wheel with hammer, which can be customized to fit specific needs. A video of the device is available at https://youtu.be/vnEnc1BX4EI. The original design for this water wheel can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2513462. One notable feature of my custom paddle is that it measures 150mm in length, and the center has a hole for a rod that is 8mm in diameter. To build this water wheel with hammer, I will need several components. Firstly, an old 3D printer rod measuring approximately 15cm in length and 8mm in diameter is required. Additionally, five stainless steel screws with a diameter of M3 and lengths ranging from 6 to 10mm are needed.
