I'm happy to help you with your project, and I think you'll be thrilled to learn that the wheel is specifically designed to fit seamlessly inside a standard water pipe. I've included a PDF of the detailed dimensions from our CAD model, which was carefully crafted for a 4" pipe - but please note that it hasn't been tested yet. As for the CAD model itself, we've made some savvy adjustments to add reinforcement modifications in the vanes. If you'd like to take this concept further, I highly recommend uploading and using our reinforced model file, which should give you an added level of performance and durability. Now, regarding the printing instructions: The wheel was printed with a PLA material using a .4mm nozzle at .3mm layers, and we went for a generous 70% infill to ensure its structural integrity. We also generated support material for over 45-degree angles to prevent any printing mishaps. Finally, let me share that I have not tested how it functions in real-life water pipe scenarios - but the design itself is still worth checking out! It's still a concept at this point, but I think you'll be impressed by its sleekness.
