Simon and Allysha crafted this innovative design specifically for 3D printing in 2015 as part of ICT in de Wolken Amsterdam, a groundbreaking initiative that brings science education to the forefront. As they worked tirelessly on the water wheel's creation, they hit a snag - a crucial hole in the middle failed to print correctly, rendering the entire piece useless and necessitating a re-design. The collaborative spirit of ICT in de Wolken Amsterdam shines through, as three Montessori high schools in Amsterdam join forces with universities and forward-thinking companies from around the world to push the boundaries of ICT education. This dynamic partnership ensures that students receive an engaging and challenging learning experience that goes beyond traditional classroom teachings.
