I built a miniature water tower yesterday, but it was pre-renovation, this one's during the renovation process, so you'll get the best results by tying strings from the support beams and wrapping white plastic bags around the water tower, making sure to cut out sections where the walking platforms are and removing the plastic covering the top satellite. For an extra touch of detail, print out some small figures and attach them to the ropes - if they can hold a tiny paintbrush, it'll be the perfect finishing touch.
