Water Tower Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8 and subsequently transformed into all other 3D formats, where its native format resides in the .skp file type. A 3ds Max 2016 scene was generated, rendered with Vray 3.00 instructions guiding the process. To create this design, start with a defunct water tower that has seen better days, and meticulously remove the tank, leaving behind only the ring where it once stood. From there, systematically add floors, doors, windows, and stairs to transform this structure into a cozy home. The ground floor houses a living room, while the 2nd floor is dedicated to the dining area and kitchen – don't forget to place the refrigerator in the pantry! On the 3rd floor, a bedroom beckons with two bays designed specifically for beds, and on the 4th floor, an impressive master bedroom awaits, featuring a walk-through shower. Exposing the beams on every floor adds a touch of industrial chic to this converted water tower. On the 4th floor, look up to admire the exposed roof trusses supporting a 6-sided central column. For those who appreciate unique design elements, take note that the front door is original, but features a cleverly inserted window for added flair. Be warned: building this model in 2011 required a substantial amount of ink from my printer!
