I had to go through a lot of trouble making water tiles until I finally found a texture posted by tc_fea that I could work with. I scaled it down, trimmed it out, and slapped my favorite 'ripples' onto a hex tile. I've provided a full tile, along with two different half tile shapes for you to use.
