Water Scoops (closed dustpan)

Water Scoops (closed dustpan)

I spent quite some time trying to buy a scoop for water to empty the rain barrel or (hopefully not so often) take up water of accidental flooding. I couldn't find a suitable one, so I created my own. I built a big one (approx. 25x8x20 cm content) and a smaller one 15x4x15 cm) which is especially usefull to clean the bottom of the rain barrel where all the mud accumulates. You can of course use them to pick up any kind of dirt. In the end it is just a modified dustpan. Both can be printed with minimal support (basically without support, but explicit little pillar to support the handle is highly recommended (e.g. in Cura select the Abutment from Custom Support plugin, see picture) The big scoop as 2mm walls, the small one only 1.5mm, therefore I recommend 0.5mm line width (printable with 125% line width and standard 0.4mm nozzle)
