I have taken these two great files and remixed them, for the base I changed it to 3 fins, it is more stable, otherwise, I have added a flap for the hinge. You will also need a soft rubber stopper, 1/4" joiner and 1/4" tubing. I have used a bike pump. When the bottle is raised the air pushes the flap down, when it reaches maximum hight the cone is released and the parachute opens. Be careful when using this rocket because if you assemble it wrong it can become dangerous. This is designed for a 0.75L bottle.
