water pump old dryer motor 14000 liter/hour

The pump features a bearing and seal crafted from teflon tape. The drive shaft is an 8mm threaded rod. If it begins to vibrate or if you can move the rod sideways within the pump, you must tighten the nut so that the teflon tape expands. I enclosed a steel tube around the rod because it started vibrating during my initial test. It's powered by a 60-watt, 2750-rpm motor taken from an old washing machine dryer. Perhaps utilizing a larger motor with similar rpm would be more effective, as mine reached approximately 60 degrees Celsius after prolonged use, indicating it may be on the smaller side. You can experiment with alternative motors if you select one with comparable rpm, and then design your own motor support accordingly.
