Stylish Water Pipe with Tri Pull Matrix gives a smoother hit. Requires a 14mm bowl attachment. 3D Printing Settings: I set layer height to .25 for all parts, but you can print at a higher resolution if desired. Retraction settings are crucial: Only retract when crossing open spaces for optimal results. Minimum Travel for retraction is 6mm for best performance. Perform retraction during wipe for smooth hits. Avoid "Crossing Outline for Travel Movements" as it may not print well, especially along the start line/seam. Choose a specific location and rotate parts until the seam is down the back of each part. Use supports only for the Connector.stl if necessary, due to its inside rim. Try printing without supports first, as it's a small piece. The bowl will leak eventually if not coated on the inside. Coating Instructions: Apply Varathane Diamond Wood Finish - Interior Water based poly - to the inside of the bowl ($9.00 CDN). It's food safe and BPA free, with 0 VOC. For a more expensive option, use Art Resin for Food Safe, BPA free, 0 VOC. Assembly Instructions: Sand contact points with 300 grit sandpaper to rough up the surfaces. Use non-toxic glue - I used Weldbond Adhesive (420-mL). Sand the inside of the bowl before applying Coating.
