22-Inch Bike Rim. Create a paddle by cutting a standard 4-inch PVC pipe into three equal pieces lengthwise. Attach the paddle securely to the Paddle Support using two 1-1/2-inch long #8 bolts, along with washers and locknuts. Next, fasten the Paddle Support and Fastener firmly to the bike rim using four 2-inch long #10 bolts, accompanied by additional washers and locknuts.
