Water Fountain Silencer

We were fed up with the constant noise from our pet water fountain and had simply stopped plugging it in, which kind of defeated its purpose altogether. This innovative little piece breaks up the flow of water so it doesn't splash as much, while still agitating the water sufficiently. It transformed the sound of a non-stop leak in the kitchen into just the hum of the motor. After printing out the design, I decided to use one Velcro command strip to attach it under the spout, making it easy to remove for cleaning purposes. This modification was specifically designed for PetSafe fountains but could likely be adapted to work with other models as well.
