Disconnect electrical power and remove dispenser assembly screws, being prepared to use vice grips if corroded. Sand or trim old lever for new part placement, then glue using five-minute epoxy and fill gaps with plumber's putty or steel epoxy. Reassemble panel, possibly splicing in new hose for length.
