Here's a Water Cooling System for E3D V6 Hotend that Works Flawlessly. I've put this cooling system to the test and it performs exceptionally well, with no clogging issues in sight. This allows me to utilize filament retraction for extended distances - up to 5mm if needed. FYI, I found that an optimal retraction distance of 3mm yields the best results. The printed part is made from PLA material, ensuring a robust and durable structure. To guarantee water-tight seals, print this component with no gaps whatsoever and use a heat gun during assembly. For sealing purposes, I opted for latex, but silicone can also be used as an alternative. After assembling all components, secure each outlet and gap with ties and apply heat to the fastening process. To reinforce the top and bottom of the fittings, I employed instant glue in conjunction with baking powder. First, apply a thin layer of instant glue, followed by a sprinkling of baking powder, which is then spread evenly. Finally, apply an additional layer of instant glue on top. This hybrid approach ensures a water-tight seal. Check out this working video for a visual representation: https://youtu.be/uBJEjwUSpSg
