water cooling e3d v6
thingiverse
This was crafted specifically for a 3D printer with fully enclosed walls. The extremely high temperature disrupted the smooth passage of the filament through the hotend. This assembly necessitates several key components, including two rubber gaskets that are 2.5 mm thick for the radiator. I opted for inner diameters of 15mm but they can be as large as 20mm if needed. A silicone hose with a internal diameter of 4mm is also required, along with a water pump designed for aquarium use and four screws with a specification of M4x40 that come equipped with nuts and sealant. The sleeve should be fabricated in two separate pieces and then glued together at the rear portion of the block. Update: An additional overlay has been added to facilitate the installation of further hardware.
