Water Cooler Mount

I designed a custom water cooler mount for my Knapheide work body's cargo area, fed up with constantly moving it every time I needed to refill my bottle. The mounting holes are precision-cut to accommodate 7mm (1/4") fasteners and the side holes for the i-bolt bungee mounts measure 8.5mm in diameter. A large access hole provides clearance for bolts securing the i-bolts themselves. To ensure accurate placement, I recommend printing multiple layers of the backing plate and canceling them to create a makeshift jig that can be taped to the mounting surface and drilled through. Unfortunately, I neglected this step initially, resulting in my backing plate being misaligned and forcing me to drill an unexpected hole - not exactly ideal.
