Hello, I'd like to introduce a custom-made heat sink designed specifically for water cooling systems. This innovative design aims to replace the standard air-cooled E3D V6 heat sink, taking into account the unique requirements of liquid cooling solutions. This heat sink is intended for 3D printing in a DMLS machine and subsequent post-processing to achieve precise dimensions. Additionally, it necessitates some drilling operations to accommodate the heat break and pneumatic fittings. The machining process should be tailored to fit the 16mm E3D groove mount, ensuring seamless compatibility with any setup where an E3D V6 can be installed. To maintain consistency with my existing E3D V6 setup, I've carefully adhered to the exact dimensions of the heat break, nozzle, and heater block as specified by E3D. This design choice allows me to leverage my existing equipment without requiring any modifications.
