Water cooled E3D Chimera / Cyclops
thingiverse
A watercooler specifically designed for the E3D Chimera / Cyclops Heatsink. The stock cooler couldn't handle two 250°C components in a heated chamber at 60°C, so this design is necessary. It consists of a cup that gets glued onto the original aluminum heatsink. This design fits perfectly onto a genuine E3D heatsink I purchased in December 2015. However, I'm not sure if it will fit on older or newer versions of the heatsink or a Chinese knockoff. Printer Settings: Printer: QueXY Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: Printed with Taulman 245 (Nylon). To ensure a perfect fit, I resized my design to 1.02 to compensate for the shrinkage that occurs when cooling down. I recommend trying different sizes before committing to one.
