Water bottle PUMP

This innovative design was submitted to the MakeShaper Design Challenge (view all entries here). Functional WATER PUMP: A Water Dispenser for Bottles That Works with Air Pressure. It is crucial to maintain pressure inside the bottle. To ensure proper functioning, carefully follow these instructions. If you lose pressure, it will not work. HOW DOES IT WORK (ILLUSTRATED): 1. Outside air enters the PUMP through the valve (3.GREEN), which allows air in but prevents air from escaping. 2. When you press the pump, you increase the air inside the bottle (RED ARROWS). 3. The air pushes water through the tube (4. YELLOW). 4. Water flows to the outside. HOW TO PRINT: * Print everything with 100% infill to guarantee a sealed object. * Flexible parts do not require support; other parts do. ASSEMBLY: 1. Choose the BASE file based on the bottle size you want to use. There are four files: one for small bottles (UK & EU) and three universal options. The universal BASE is designed to accommodate a bottle cap directly (you must create the necessary holes). 2. Attach the valve to the lock as shown in the images, ensuring air flows only in one direction. 3. Seal the lock to the BASE. 4. Attach the PUMP to the lock. 5. Add a tube or straw to the base with an inside diameter of 10mm or outside diameter of 8mm. Ensure it is sealed. TIPS: * Use a glue gun to aid sealing the object. * After repeated use, the pump may develop holes; wrapping the PUMP in a bag can improve efficiency.
