Water Balloon Fight for the Multiverse is an open-ended tabletop wargaming system. Simply set up a map, print out characters, and use the tools provided here to have a fun little battle with 2-4 players. The rules, tokens, character stats, and objective counters are all included in the download. All you need to do is print and start playing!
