One of the most heartbreaking things I've ever come across remains the Watchmen narrative by DC Comics, still widely regarded as one of the groundbreaking works in comic book literature. Even I must confess to appreciating the quality of this tale. If you haven't had a chance to read it yet, I highly recommend doing so, if only to shatter what little trust you may have left in human nature. This coaster showcases the distinctive image of the Comedian's smiley-face emblem with a splash of his blood on it (be warned: he meets an untimely demise right at the beginning), which served as the central theme throughout the story.
