Watchmakers Screwdriver Rotating Stand

thingiverse

This is an attempt to create a classic watchmaker's screwdriver stand using 3D printing technology. The stand holds a set of 9 precision-crafted screwdrivers, ranging in size from 0.5 to 2.5 millimeters, along with 9 spare blades. The blades are securely stored in a detachable box equipped with a threaded cap and one hole for each blade. To ensure smooth rotation, you will need a common 608ZZ ball bearing, an M8x25 hex head bolt, an M8 nyloc nut, and two M8 washers. The top part of the stand features a groove to accommodate an O-Ring with a diameter of approximately 60 millimeters, providing extra grip. Each hole is marked with easy-to-read screwdriver diameter markings, along with a small dot to match with each screwdriver, which requires painting accordingly with your tool. The base has a recess for gluing a rubbery mat. Print Settings: Printer: Custom CoreXY Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20%
