This project essentially started after I watched someone mod their Casio F-91W on YouTube.Video Link : https://n-o-d-e.net/datarunner.htmlI was not happy with my previous smart watch (Apple Watch Series 6) aesthetic on my wrist so I bought an Amazfit Neo watch which quickly grew on me. To help add some features I missed from my Apple Watch to my Neo I made this holder. I won’t give print settings as I had to constantly fix troubleshoots to finish this piece. I chose TPU for its flexible properties which feel good on the wrist.For the other components the WC T_B and the WC H_1 I printed those in HIPSThe print settings for these small pieces differed from my usual print settings for this filament. I chose HIPS for its stiffness, Impact resistance, temperature resistance, and affordability. I usually buy the GismoDorks HIPS filament on Amazon.Print Settings HIPS :Print Speed : 25 mm/sFan Speed : 100%Bed Temp : 85°CExtruder Temp : 235°CFlow Rate : 100%Bed Prep : 4 - 5 layers of washable glue sticksPost Print :The small holes are modeled as 1.5 mm , but either shrink or warp when printing. To fix the holes I used a diamond tip file to open the holes to be more uniform. Then I passed the screws throw each hole before assembly to three the plastic. Assembly is as simple as passing the screws through the holes and inserting the TF card. For the payment card chip. You will have to soak your credit card in acetone for 20 - 30 min for the chip to be free. Acetone is toxic and the fumes can cause headaches and nausea and other symptoms. (WARNIG) Handle acetone accordingly. Once the chip is removed from the card take it out of the container and put it on a paper towel to dry wait 10 -15 min for the acetone to evaporate and retrieve the chip. The chip i used was from my cash app card which i only used for certain shops, but I can alway add more money to the card. The chip works on its own but it must be touching the reader of tap to pay cashier readers.
