This is some minor upgrades to a previous project I uploaded to grab cad. Print settings (Polypropylene)PP (polypropylene)• Bed Temperature : 80°C• Extruder Temperature : 230°C• Printing Speed : 15 mm/s• Chamber temperature : 60°C• Keep cool and dry : (25)°C (away from UV light)• Only sticks to itself (use packing tape)The first upgrade was to embed the card chip to the TF holder design therefore the design prints over the chip and around the RIFD chip. Instructions of how to embed the chip :- wait for the first three layers to print and pause the print- administer a light coat of glue from a caustic to the top side of the chip- place the chip in the slot and make sure it is firmly in place- resume the print and make sure that that the chip stays in place- let the print complete and remove the print. The second upgrade is to the back plate. This new design is printed using PP and has slots in the print so that the screws do not protrude from the plate. This made the last design slightly uncomfortable. The last design was also printed in a different material (TPU). This material is harder to print. This new design prints faster and better than the old one and is more comfortable. For post processing the holes in the parts may need to be opened up and cleaned. After cleaning threading the holes is a must before assembly. To three the holes just forcefully screw the screws through a smaller hole.
