I modified Davidkbailey's design because his original watch holder was too tiny for my wristwatches, so I enlarged them myself. To secure it to the wall, I rely on a reliable double-sided adhesive strip instead of screws. If you'd like, I can also provide a version with screw holes for added installation flexibility. The accompanying image appears to be rotated at an odd angle.
