Watch Band Loop (LG W100)

Watch band retaining loop with FreeCAD source modeled specifically for the LG W100 smart watch, however, its design will likely accommodate other watches as well. Outer dimensions include an outer width of 8mm, an outer length of 25mm, and a height of 6mm. The wall thickness is precisely 1mm. Initially printed using Dremel's Eco ABS material, which is essentially a PLA formulation, the retaining loop held up for several months before eventually breaking. A subsequent print in Nylon at a .1mm layer height resulted in a much smoother fit.
