Wastewater muffler - Abwasser Schalldämpfer

I was bothered by the loud gurgle sound my washing machine makes when it stops pumping water out. The sound comes from air entering back into the hose. So, I thought of a design that slows down the air reflux into the system. The loud gurgling noise made by my washing machine after it pumps water out really annoyed me. At my house, the wastewater simply flows into the bathtub. It seems like the bathtub is also amplifying the gurgling sound. The reason for this gurgling sound is that air gets sucked back into the hose when the pump shuts off. This design here reduces the amount of air being sucked back in and therefore the gurgling noise is much quieter. Video Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Notes: For better base support, I connected the inner and outer parts with 12 bridges directly at the base. These bridges need to be cut so that the inner part can move freely. Additionally, there's an enhanced base size in version 3 file to help the device stay in place during print. This would need to be cut away with a sharp knife after print. All items needed to be cut are shown in picture 2 in greenish color.
