A Custom Wasteboard for the Nomad 883 Pro CNC. We also offer a wasteboard with a grid of mounting holes, ideal for securing the included vices. Designed with VRL-Studio and the VCSG Plugin. To Create and Assemble the Board: - Print or mill the board. Note that the board with extra mounting holes requires milling from both sides. - Insert M6 push nuts into the back of the wasteboard (see hexagonal holes). - The vices can be printed with most 3D printers, tested with an Ultimaker 3 Extended at 0.2mm. Adjust the size of the hexagonal holes if necessary due to your setup and M6 nut dimensions. The uploaded wasteboard files work for milling. For 3D printing, it's a good idea to print a small part of the board first to ensure everything fits as expected. The vices require an M6 nut. Simply push them from the top into the nut hole. The provided STL/STEP files have been tested with an Ultimaker 3 Extended at 0.2mm.
