Waste to Energy Plant Renderings

A few images from a Power Plant model I created for an energy industry client are shown here. The high-resolution pictures will display real-time data on boiler components through programming. The waste enters via the left hopper, is incinerated by gas jets to generate heat and steam in the main furnace chamber. Airflow ducts supply oxygen while ash is collected in a conveyor system. Scrubbers and power generators are excluded from the model due to contractual restrictions on uploading the entire assembly online. However, sections like the Super Heater, which can be purchased by manufacturers with publicly available specifications, are allowed for display. The full plant design remains proprietary, leading to a large file size if uploaded.
