Washington Drink Coaster

This is a Washington state coaster designed to sit on your table, protecting your cup from scratches and safeguarding it against extreme temperatures. Currently, its dimensions are approximately 3.2mm thick (or 0.128in) and 50mm wide (or 2 in). You can easily resize it to match the size of your cup by making adjustments as needed. I use a Monoprice Mini 3D printer for this project. My splicing software is Cura, which I rely on for efficient printing. The material used is PLA, printed at a temperature of 190°c. For fine details, a layer height of .1mm is ideal, while a speedier print can be achieved with a layer height of .2mm. Infill density is set to 20% minimum. If you have access to a heated bed, feel free to use it for added benefits in print quality and reduced warping issues.
