I designed this to fit a 1/4-inch D-shaped shaft perfectly. My washing machine is actually a Magic Chef brand, but I believe this knob will work with most appliances that have a recessed shaft of the same dimensions. The washer uses one knob for both load size and water temperature settings - hot, warm, or cold. You can buy replacement knobs for your appliance online, ranging from $15 to $30. That seems like an outrageous price tag. I printed this knob using just 10 grams of material, which would cost around 50 cents with premium PLA filament and about 35 cents with standard filament.
