See the full instructions here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Split-Grommet-for-Dishwasher-Aqua-stop-Hose/ I recently built a new kitchen, and when I went to install the dishwasher, I encountered an enormous valve on the end of the hose, called an Aqua-stop. Its purpose is to prevent flooding in my home by stopping water flow if the hose comes loose from either the dishwasher or washing machine. The problem arose because the hose needed to pass through a cabinet, but cutting a large hole in the bottom of it was not appealing. I searched online for solutions, but none were found. When I consulted a plumber, he seemed unfamiliar with the Aqua-stop device. After some thought, I devised a simple solution. I printed off a grommet using my 3D printer (in black due to running low on white filament) and then used a 75mm hole saw to cut a hole in the cabinet. Next, I connected the hoses and fitted the grommet into place. The grommet's sides pressed snugly against it, ensuring a tight seal. The job was completed efficiently, and the result is a clean, tidy appearance with no gaping holes around the hoses.
