I created this grid to fix a broken utensil tray in my dishwasher. I disclaim all liability for any potential damage it might cause to your dishwasher by using it, but I've run several cycles with this in the utensil tray and it's held up nicely so far. I printed it from white PLA material. It keeps forks and knives from falling through the damaged section. You may need to resize it in your software to fit your dishwasher's utensil tray properly.
