This tool serves as a handy holder for the washer during installation of the notoriously finicky inboard flap washer on the Beechcraft B-200/UC-12 King Air aircraft. You can also use it to securely hold any washer measuring 1.258 inches (31.9 mm) in diameter, provided it is no thicker than 0.062 inches (1.6 mm).
