I designed a simple washer model in OpenSCAD that will fit any e-bike hubmotor with a flattened axle, allowing you to adjust the width to match your specific hub motor. The included DXF file enables easy laser or water cutting from stainless steel, ensuring a durable and long-lasting washer. Unlike many available washers, which are often made of cheap steel with limited surface protection, this design prioritizes quality and durability.
