The Ender-3 Pro Metal Y Belt Tensioner falls short due to its improper fitting washers, resulting in a gap next to the belt idler. This leads to the idler, comprised of two adjacent bearings, splitting apart. The washer bridges this gap to prevent this problem. Measuring 3.8mm in diameter on the inside and 7.3mm on the outside, with a height of 1.5mm, it should fit seamlessly. If not, consider adjusting your Horizontal Expansion setting for this print.
