Hello fellow washing machine users. This part is a temporary fix to a Electrolux front loading washing machine. I am pretty sure some Frigidaire front loading washers use the same part. My 28 year old son "closed the door" resulting in the original pin breaking. This would normaly be a non issue but we were leaving the next day for a week trip with 3 weeks of dirty laundry and Amazon was a week out on the replacement part. 30 minutes in Fusion and 41 minutes on the printer resulted in an evening of laundry. I have recently discovered the door hinge is cracked resulting in the door sagging .... resulting in the need to prop up the door a little to close and seat the strike as designed. Just incase anyone wants to share why the pin broke in the first place.
