Washer Bottle Press Tooling

This is a press tool designed to de-flash the flash from a blow molded washer bottle. The tool has several SMC cylinders for pneumatic punching and as hold downs to hold the bottle still as it is punched and de-flashed. The tool is a two station tool and can be loaded by a robot or manually. This tool also has a specially designed air-drill to drill the over-flow spot on the bottle. Check out the special designed adjusting slides and pivots to alien the components to the bottle. This tool is equipped with a uniquely designed shear to shear the blow domes from the bottle (this bottle has 2) at the same time it de-flashes the bottle. The air lines, vacuum hoses and wiring harness are not shown in this model.
