My concept design fills the gap where the drainpipe meets the wash basin base cabinet, ensuring a seamless fit.My innovation is groundbreaking because it's an unseen product on the global market, showcasing one and only way to assemble it.I created a straightforward animation that demonstrates the precise assembly sequence.Suggest using »ABS« as material for both parts of the cover assembly.It would be insightful to hear your thoughts regarding this design concept.Eighteen years ago, I hand-built a similar "proof of concept," employing ABS plates and small wooden strips attached with glue, creating an effective seal.Most likely, today both components could be manufactured using Injection Moulding technology.I'm confident that my design – tailored with custom adaptations – can benefit users.My cover assembly model is available in the following data formats: STEP file (.stp) and native files (.prt) and (.asm), zipped together in a convenient folder for those who use »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«.
