Washable filter housing for inflatable hot tub.
pinshape
I engineered this filter to seamlessly fit into my Lazy spa filter housing, effectively replacing the blue and white filter that I found prohibitively expensive to constantly purchase. To ensure optimal performance, I insert a layer of filter wool between the printed components, which I then meticulously wash out every few days to maintain cleanliness. Notably, I opt for Filamentum ASA due to its exceptional strength, remarkable UV stability, and ability to withstand exposure to water. My preferred print settings include a hot end temperature of 255 degrees and a heated bed setting of 75 degrees. To achieve maximum structural integrity, I typically use a 0.25 layer height with supports and 25% infill.
