Model made in Blender 3D (Cycles materials) and 3DS Max 2012 (V-Ray Adv), exported to various formats. Formats include 3DS, FBX, OBJ, unitypackage (Unity 5 with Metallic Workflow Standard Shader materials and textures). Scenes are available in 3DS Max 2012 (V-Ray Adv materials) and BLEND (Blender 3D Cycles materials with PBR shader). Other formats include png with alpha (non-overlapping UV layout map, PBR textures for Unity 5) and jpg (PBR UV-mapped textures for Cycles in Blender 3D and V-Ray in 3DS Max). The model includes three objects - cabinet (not modeled inside), sink, and faucet. PBR colors and image textures provided for each material with channels: Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Normals, Ambient Occlusion. UV layout maps and image textures are 1024x1024 resolution. Each mesh has holding edges for further subdivision/smoothing. Real-world dimensions, scene scale units in meters, uniform scale object (scale applied in Blender 3D, 100% scale in 3DS MAX), and textures stripped in the 3DS Max scene.
