Update: I'm currently printing this for myself and have run into some things that could have been better in my design. I've upgraded a number of parts, these can be found in the V2 upgrade file. There are still two issues to adress: the grip pins for the trigger segment don't fit precisely, but I feel this also has a lot to do with individual printer tolerances, so rescale those to fit. The second is with the body top plates, these somehow have a step in it, but this issue can be circumvented by dropping all body top plate parts by 0.4mm when printing. (The grip is also rather chunky, but that just feels like Imperial tech. ;) ) Have fun, and good hunting/printing! This is a modular kit to create a Lasgun. It's design is inspired by a certain popular franchise. It has various parts and options to let you build different configurations of this workhorse weapon for both the imperial guardians and various gangs. The weapon prop is also hollow, with certain cavities prepared for adding electronics to it, should you want to do so. You’ll need some extra hardware to build this: 14 M3x10* countersunk head screws/bolts, for the grips and body top plate 4 M3x10 cap head bolts for the picatinny rail 4 M3x15 to 20 cap head bolts for the stock attachment 8 M3 nuts, again for stock and picatinny attachment. 3 springs, like those from pens, for the trigger. *: or longer, if you want to add nuts to the inside of the grips. Add LEDs and electronics to taste. Due to a current shortage of materials I haven't yet test printed and build this for myself. So if you run into any issues, or questions while building it, please let me know and I'll answer/solve them! Plans at this moment is to add more accessories/features/option kits in the future, giving you even more choices on how to build your own, personal lasgun. The picatinny rail for example, is begging for a nice, gothic arched reflex sight...
