The Tesserarius Champion model comeswith 6 weapon options including: two axes, two talon gauntlets and two gladius. Pre-supported options are included. A Tessearius holds no true command authority, he is simply a sublime warrior even amongst is his gene-enhanced peers. Many of the Legions hold ‘first blood’ tournaments to elect their formations Tesseraius. The Tesseraius’s main role on the battlefield is to act as Life-Ward to the formations Legate, but when his charge isn’t deployed to the field, many Tesseraiia will be seen at the spear tip of the formations charge, or where the fighting is thickest.
