Warriors of Unity - Optio Reserve Commander

The Optio Reserve Commander model comes with multiple weapon options including: a flamer, machine gun and death ray destructor attachments for his Svonya. The model can also be equipped with either tactical glasses or a pavise. Pre-supported options are included. An Optio acts as a direct second to a formations Commander. Service as an Optio is seen simply as a stepping stone position so that the warrior can gain ‘on station’ training in preparation for taking on the role of Commander. Optios will sometimes be committed to frontline units, quite possibly with a Tesseraius in tow, to make sure a particular beachhead is held, or enemy counter attack repulsed.
