This was remixed from RobSoundtrack's To Avoid Injury Sign Single Print. 3D Printer Test Sign Bat 1 and 3D Printer Test Sign Bat 2 are for dual extrusion, while 3D Printer Test Sign Bat Whole is designed for single extrusion; just switch to a different filament. It measures 10mm overall, so simply change the filament after printing 4mm, followed by 4.2mm white, 4.2mm orange, and the remaining amount in black after reaching 8mm.
