This item can easily be created using PLA filament, but for optimal results, ABS is the preferred choice due to its superior heat tolerance and ability to achieve a silky-smooth surface with Acetone. Unfortunately, I haven't yet fabricated it because it requires around 18 hours of uninterrupted printing time on high settings within Makerware software.
