Remixed the Avatar of Menoth proxy by Jimmyjimjim, rigged it in Blender. Changed it to an action pose, which I greatly prefer. I removed the banners because the cloth didn't rig well; If you want them, add them after, maybe using real cloth and hot glue, or printed paper.
