Warlock Class Destroyer

This is my 800mm long Warlock Class Destroyer from Babylon 5. I broke the ship down into parts to get the best results from 3D printing for each part, and there's only one part that needs supports - part 46. A lot of detail parts are designed to be printed on a resin DLP/LCD style printer. These parts all have "DLP" in their name. All of the guns and cannons are DLP parts, and I wouldn't recommend printing this ship unless you have access to a Resin printer. Instructions steps 107 and 111 need styrene rod or brass tube. The lengths shown in the instruction image are the exterior lengths; add a bit for where it inserts into the model. The ship is designed to be lit with LEDs. The engines have holes for 5mm and 10mm LEDs, and they're designed to capture the LEDs when assembled. There are also a couple of rectangular openings in parts 17, 31, and 33. These should have 5x2mm rectangular LEDs mounted in them - red on the left and green on the right. There's a multitude of holes in the inner structure to run wires and/or fiber optics through. It has a 12mm hole at the front and rear underneath so it can be mounted on a base using a piece of aluminum tube or similar. The bulk of the ship can be screwed together using M3x6mm screws. I recommend tapping part #2 with a screw before assembly, as it can be tight. The file part numbers include how many to print - i.e., Warlock_45x4 means print part 45 four times. The parts are numbered in the order they appear in the instructions. Part #66 has the A-Z alphabet in the Babylon 5 font so you can print the letters you need for your preferred ship's name and number. The two letters to the right of the EA logo should be the first two letters of the ship's name - i.e., TI from Titan or ME from Merlin.
